Cindermessy

Once a long, long time ago, there lived a beautiful girl named Cindermessy who lived in Bowdoin. She lived in a small log hut which stood in the wood. Everyday she would take a small boat out to go fishing.

Of course, she lived on a hill, where it was always raining like bullets. The trees always swayed in the wind and rain. One day word got out that the prince of Scotland was looking for a bride, but he would have to hold a dance to determine his wife. The dance would be held at the Bowdoin Town Hall.

So Cindermessy set off to go to the dance. When she got there it was already over. She was filled with sorrow. She had on a beautiful dress with lace, and it did not take long for it to become filthy. She didn't dare to show her face back at the hut for her evil stepmother and sisters had just moved in with her. Their names were Zelda.and Lisa and Lucy. Just then a beautiful woman appeared and said, "Do not be afraid." Cindermessy noticed that the woman was not a beautiful woman. She was a beautiful fairy, a beautiful fairy godmother. "Dear Child, do tell me why you cry so?" said the beautiful fairy.

Cindermessy said, "I am crying because I've come to take a small chance at becoming the prince's bride. He was holding a dance here. B-b-b-but when I arrived at the dance that might have made me become the prince's bride, the dance was over. I don't dare go back to my small log hut that stands in the wood, for my evil stepmother Zelda and step sisters, Lisa and Lucy just moved into my small log hut with me."

"My-my -my," said the beautiful fairy godmother. "Now come with me."

Cindermessy did as she was told and followed Felicity, which was her fairy godmother's name. Felicity took Cindermessy to a faraway land, in which the prince lived. Cindermessy was amazed. She started to run toward the castle.

Just then Felicity yelled, "STOP!"

Cindermessy froze. "What is the matter?" she asked.

"I didn't bring you here to make a fool of yourself," said Felicity. I brought you here to marry a prince." Then Felicity said, "ZCEGIKMOQSUWYABOFHHJINPRTVX-tibiphia!" Cindermessy turned into a beautiful princess. She even got a crown. She ran into the castle, and demanded to see the prince. The prince asked Cindermessy to marry him and so it was that month,January, 1994, the prince, and Cindermessy, whose name was changed to Cinderbeautiful, were married.
