Mrs. Talbot's First graders have spent a lot of time studying about the Pilgrims. They enjoyed learning how these early colonists lived. The class compared their lives today with the lives of the Pilgrims in 1620. The first graders especially enjoyed dressing up as Pilgrims and native Americans and seeing Colonial artifacts. Everyone agreed that our lives are very different than the lives of our ancestors.
