Edmund was walking in the woods, miserably tripping over stumps, to get to the Witch's castle. When he gets there, he gets kind of curious because right when he gets in the house she said, "How dare you come alone?" and she is cruel to him. Then he thinks he can have some Turkish Delight but when he asks instead he gets some stale bread and water.
