Math Olympiads was created in 1977 and is now being used in schools all over the world. Participating teams practice math challenges (click here for sample challenges) for 1 hour during the school day (click here to see how other schools run their programs) and participate against other teams in 5 contests, all administered at school (click here to find out about contests). Awards and certificates are given by Math Olympiads to all participants and to top scorers at the end of the year.
