Title IX and Non-Discrimination
MSAD 75 does not discriminate on the basis of sex and other protected characteristics and prohibits discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics in its education programs and activities, as required by federal and state laws and regulations.
All MSAD 75 schools and facilities follow current Title IX regulations, as prescribed in Policies ACAA-2020 and ACAB-2020. Any community members who would like additional information about the application of Title IX regulations and policies is invited to contact the Title IX Coordinator.
Any report or complaint of alleged behavior that does not fall within the jurisdiction of these policies and procedures may be referred to another appropriate MSAD 75 policy for an appropriate response.
